- Kegs, Bright Tanks, Fermenters: 0.75 oz. of product per gallon of water
- Brewhouse: 1 to 2 oz. of product per gallon of water
- Floors, walls and tank exteriors: 1 oz. of product per gallon of water
- Parts and non-food contact surfaces: 0.5 - 1 oz. of product per gallon of water
