Shepard Brothers Brewguard® Nitric Blend CIP Cleaner is a low-foaming liquid acid detergent formulated for circulation and surface cleaning of all stainless-steel brewery equipment. This product can be used under CO2 conditions.

Features & Benefits

A blended, low-foaming formulation concentrated to provide optimal use/cost performance
Penetrates and dissolves beer stone, mineral and hard water scales
Neutralizes and removes tough, baked-on soils
Works in all water conditions
Maintains effectiveness at high temperatures
Restores original oxide finish to stainless steel equipment
Non-corrosive to stainless steel at recommended use dilutions

Directions

Kegs, Bright Tanks and Fermenters: 0.5 – 1 oz. of product per gallon of water

Brewhouse: 2 – 3 oz. of product per gallon of water

Shining of stainless steel equipment surfaces: 0.5 – 1 oz. of product per gallon of water (Note – do not use on hot surfaces. Rinse within five minutes of application.)
