Alkaline Degreaser
LC-30 FC is a powerful liquid, concentrated degreaser is highly versatile. It is safe and effective in removing light to very heavy accumulations of oils, grease, food, dirt, and grime that may be found in all food serving and processing areas. This degreaser has no harsh fumes or solvents and is pleasant to use.

GENERAL USE: Dilute 2 to 6 ounces per gallon and soak, wipe, brush or spray on the surface. Allow to penetrate and act on soil and grease. Then scrub and wipe off with a clean wet cloth, sponge, or towel. Rinse with potable water.
FRYERS: Drain pot and wipe up excess. Fill with a solution to near full. Heat to boiling for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain and wipe out residue. Rinse with potable water. Drain and rinse before reusing equipment.
