FRYER PUCK® Concentrated Fryer Cleaner Tablets are a heavy-duty detergent formulated to meet the toughest cleaning jobs. Fryer Puck® Concentrated Fryer Cleaner Tablets have excellent cleaning capacity and high soil, fat, and grease tolerance. Solutions last longer to give a greater economy than ordinary cleaners.

Wear rubber gloves and safety glasses. Drain and filter oil. Fill fryer pot with water to just under the “full” mark. Add FRYER
PUCK® Concentrated Fryer Cleaner Tablet(s) according to size of fryer.
Ratio: 1 Tablet (4 oz.) - 40# fryer; 2 Tablets (8 oz.) - 75# fryer. Bring water to a boil (220°F).
BOILING AT HIGHER TEMPERATURES WILL CAUSE OVERFLOW.
Continue boiling for 15 minutes. Turn off heat. Drain and rinse thoroughly with vinegar/water solution (1 cup vinegar to 1 gallon of water). Wipe fryer pot surface dry with a dry cloth.
