Fit Antibacterial Produce Wash is helping customers who are concerned about food safety and processing safe produce in their establishments. FIT is made from 100% All Natural ingredients, like citric acid, and contains no chlorine, peracetic acid, or other harsh chemicals. It helps keep produce crisp and fresh by helping to control food spoilage organisms. No need to add or use a separate crisping agent. This product cleans produce better because it actually removes significantly more dirt, soil, and people-handling residues, unlike washing with water alone, or with chlorine or peracetic acid-based products. It Rinses away clean and unlike chlorine or peracetic acid, leaves no aftertaste or smell.
Step 1) Dilute 1 part FIT Antibacterial Produce Cleaner with 128 parts water (1fl.oz./gal.).
Step 2) Soak fruits and /or vegetables for 30 seconds, or up to 1 minute for harder to clean items. Agitate by moving produce around in solution.
Step 3) Scrub if necessary and then rinse with water as usual.
