Shepard Brothers DS-88 is a powdered alkaline cleaner formulated for the cleaning of bake pans, churns, and food product containers.

Dissolves fats and proteins quickly and easily.

Directions

For light duty cleaning use 1 to 2 oz./gallon

For heavy duty 4 to 8 oz. may be necessary.
